Should anything go wrong with your computer, having problems running your favourite software, or just need help in general, we offer the facility of either online (remote) support, on-site support or telephone support.
For a nominal fee, we will attempt to resolve your issues over the phone, if they can't be resolved, we will book your pc for a full inspection at your home!!
Support Fees
Phone Support: £20.00 per hour.
On-site Support: £40.00 call-out fee (includes up to 2 hours of service) £40.00 an hour thereafter + Cost of replacement hardware/software (if any).
Please note : Most problems are resolved in about an hour and a half.
